As a national level green factory, the company adopts renewable and clean environmentally friendly energy sources such as wind and solar energy, which significantly improves the company's energy utilization rate and also makes efforts for environmentally friendly enterprises.

It is not difficult to see from the data of the company's four major energy-saving and emission reduction measures: clean energy, equipment energy-saving, dyeing consumption reduction, and standardized consumption reduction. We save 5904 tce/a ton of standard coal annually, with an annual carbon reduction of 14747.28 tCO2/a. Based on the total energy consumption of 184000 tce/a ton of standard coal in 2021, the energy consumption has decreased by 32% year-on-year. As a production oriented enterprise, we are committed to every subtle contribution to environmental protection.

Solar power generation system

Utilizing the sun, which emits light and heat from the original ecology of nature, and possessing endless solar power generation is the best clean energy source. In greenhouse gas emission reduction activities, solar energy, as a representative of clean energy, holds a place.
In 2021, the factory's self built photovoltaic plants, including parking lots, account for 25% of its electricity consumption.

Wind power generation system

The company collaborates with the State Power Investment Corporation on a wind power generation project, which is self built and self used by the enterprise. It operates in a surplus grid mode, effectively utilizing idle space and becoming a green factory.
After the completion of four wind power plants by the end of 2023, the factory can basically achieve 40% green electricity.
